Photojournalism is centred on images that tell a news story. Images had to have strong elements of story and at least some degree of newsworthiness. While professional photojournalists are bound by strict ethics demanding honesty and impartiality in their work, we were not as rigid about processing. However, the image must appear natural and not over-processed, and any post-processing which changes the essential truth of the story portrayed was not permitted.
